Students enrolled after August 1 cannot
take advantage of the annual discount rate, but they may take the semester
discount rate for the second semester if they are enrolled before January 12.

All subsequent payments are due on the 1st of the
month attending unless prior arrangements are made with administration. There is a 5% late fee for any tuition not received
by the 5th of the month.
For
students starting mid-year, the tuition for the remaining year will be calculated
at the daily rate of $35/ day for the school day program and $41.39/ day for
the extended day program, and then divided into monthly payments.

For children enrolled in the extended
day program tuition is discounted 40%.
For example, the $745 / month would be divided as follows: tuition - $378 (not tax-deductible); extra care
- $367 (tax-deductible).
REFUND POLICY AND
EARLY WITHDRAWAL:

Deposit:
The
deposit will be refunded in full upon the student’s completion of the entire
school year, provided there are no outstanding charges. Any unpaid charges will be deducted from the
refunded amount. The refunds will be
made within 30 days after the last school day.
Tuition deposits may also be rolled over should the student re-register
for the following school year. Should a
registered student be unable to attend, the school administration must receive
notification prior to May 16th.
No refund with notification after May 16th.
Early
Withdrawal:
Notification
of withdrawal must be given to the office in writing at least 30 days in
advance.
Upon
early withdrawal, tuition will be prorated based on $35 / school day and $41.39
/ extended day.
The
tuition/fees deposit will not be refunded for any early withdrawals.
Supply Fee:
50%
refunded upon withdrawal of student prior to September 1st. No
refund after September 1st withdrawals.
