The Treasure Valley Montessori Conference

is pleased to offer 2 Parent Workshops

by child development expert JoAnn Deak, Ph.D.

Dr. Deak has spent more than 20 years as an educator and psychologist, helping children develop into confident and competent adults. She has been an advisor to parents and numerous schools and organizations nationally and internationally. Dr. Deak has authored and edited numerous books and articles including How Girls Thrive and Girls Will be Girls: Raising Confident and Courageous Daughters.

There is an interview with Dr. Deak in the September issue of Treasure Valley Family magazine entitled “Coaching Parents and Teachers in Their Roles as Guides for Children.”

Mothers’ and Fathers’ Workshops

Mothers’ Workshop 9:00 am – 11:00 am

Fathers’ Workshop 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

$20 per person, $35 per couple
