I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and reared in Southern California. I moved to Boise in 1993. I was here visiting an old friend, and fell in love with the area. Knowing we did not want to rear children in L. A., my husband and I moved here within a month.

I received my Early Childhood Education Certificate from Los Angeles Valley College in 1988.  I began my ECE experience with 3 and 4 year olds. I was soon recruited to work with Pre-Kindergarten children. This was a challenging experience at which I spent many years, thoroughly enjoying every minute.

I have 2 children of my own, Devin and Sabryna, and 2 step-children.  After Sabryna was born, my husband and I decided that I would stay home with her and her school age siblings.  It was an experience of a lifetime. I worked with Sabryna and her friend to get them ready for Kindergarten. I am pleased to say she has spread her wings and is flying beautifully on her own. My son is in his second year of college and doing exceptionally well.  I am very proud of all my children and their accomplishments.

I have been at Rose Hill since September of 2003.  I enjoy working at Rose Hill and spending time with your children. While I’m getting out of the house and working I also feel like I’m still at home with children.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading, attending Sabryna's many sporting events, gardening and just hanging out with my family and friends.
