Admission Procedure - If you are interested in enrolling your child in our school contact the school as soon as possible. Our enrollment remains fairly consistent and full during the school year so it's best to be on our Waiting List as soon as possible.

Application and/or Registration for the following school year for new students opens April 1st.

Primary Program

• Schedule a visit with the classroom teacher and arrange a day to come observe the classroom for a morning (8:30 - 11:00)
• Arrange another visit for your child to spend a day in the classroom.
• Fill out a Waiting List form and submit to the teacher or school office.
• You will be notified when an opening becomes available.

Elementary Program

• Schedule a visit to observe the classroom for at least two hours in the morning (9:00 - 11:00)
• Schedule a Guest Day for your child to spend an entire school day in the classroom
• Complete the Application and Parent Questionnaire
• Sign the Student Record Release for copies of the applicant's academic and behavioral records.
• Have the child's current teachers fill out the teacher recommendation forms.
• The office will call you to schedule an interview and/or an evaluation visit for your child.

Refund Policies
Early Withdrawal
Notification of withdrawal must be given to the office or a lead teacher at least 30 days in advance. Upon early withdrawal, the tuition/fees deposit will not be refunded. Tuition for the elementary program will be prorated on a daily basis.

Supply Fee:
Fifty (50%) percent refund upon withdrawal of student prior to September 1st. No refund after September 1st withdrawals.

Tuition/Fees Deposit
The deposit will be refunded in full upon the student's completion of the entire school year, provided there are no outstanding charges. Any unpaid charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refunds will be made within 30 days after the last school day. Tuition deposits may be rolled over should the student re-register for the following school year. Should a registered student be unable to attend, the school administration must receive notification prior to May 15th. There is no refund with notification after May 14th.
